You can use Dolphin Connect by creating an account with Dolphin, or using a third party services like an already existing Google account (which is what I use). One of the features mentioned above was the reinstatement of the Dolphin Sync extension, which allows you to sync bookmarks, history, open tabs, and more depending on your settings. The update can be downloaded from the medium where you got it. The update brought one-touch sharing to other devices, the ability to share tabs over other devices via WiFi, and Evernote integration. With the recent update to Dolphin, which came out 1-2 days ago, the sync extension for Chrome and other browsers have been re-added, in a much more stable form according to the Dolphin team.
